Time to stop prevaricating around the bush

Ok so here I am agonising about what to write on my Blog… Why worry eh?

So, a few hopes/good intentions/ideas of what I’ll do here:

1. Write stuff about music – looking forward to some potentially good gigs soon – definately Courtney Pine

   , almost certainly Polar Bear and hopefully Coldcut – all coming up in Feb.

2. Write stuff about food – after all I like food – especially good quality meat. So one thing I think I’ll try t do is bring some interesting hints and tips (reviews even?) of butchers/meat suppliers on my (mainly local) travels.
3. Write stuff about the area where I live – the Amber and Derwent Valley in Derbyshire has, as well as a rather stunning landscape in places, a pretty fascinating history – the industrial revolution and now a world heritage site!
4. Share any useful web developing insights I have – I’m hardly a true Geek, and far from being expert, but I’m getting really into Javascript/Ajax/Web 2.0 stuff at the moment and have some ideas I want to play with.
5. Post more pictures – you can see a little of my stuff at Flickr.
